Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrepAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PrepAI is an AI-powered interview preparation platform. The Service includes mock interviews, resume analysis, learning hubs, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. You must immediately notify PrepAI of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. AI-Generated Content

PrepAI utilizes artificial intelligence to generate mock interviews, feedback, and learning materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. PrepAI is not responsible for any decisions made based on this AI-generated feedback.

5. Paid Plans & Payments

Paid plans are sold as a one-time purchase of 30 days of access. They are not subscriptions: nothing recurs, no payment method is stored by us, and you will never be charged automatically. When your 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan until you choose to buy again. We will email you before your access lapses.

Current prices are ₹299 for Pro and ₹599 for Elite, each covering 30 days from the date of payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. If you buy again while access is still active, the new 30 days are added to your remaining time rather than replacing it.

Refunds and cancellation. Because access is granted immediately and in full on payment, purchases are non-refundable. There is no cancellation step, as there is no recurring charge to cancel. If you were charged and did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, email us at prepaipro@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or failed transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PrepAI and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
